What is collected
From the inquiry form: the fields you type — name, email, phone, the property's state and type, approximate value and mortgage balance ranges, how title is held, how you are paid, and how you found the site. Automatically: ordinary web analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, device type), which is aggregate traffic data rather than a profile of you. From the estimate tool: nothing — it runs in your browser and transmits nothing. No page on this site pulls credit.
How it is used
To respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether a line of credit on your property is workable. If you ask for a pre-qualification, a soft credit pull is run with your consent. Nothing else.
Who it is shared with
Your information is not sold or rented. It is shared only with West Capital Lending, Inc., where Korbin Spangenthal is licensed; with the lender underwriting your file if you proceed to an application, whose own privacy policy then governs; and with the service providers that run this site's hosting, form delivery, email and follow-up system, each bound to use the data only to provide that service.
Bank-account connections
If you connect a bank account during an application, the connection is read-only, is made through the lender's secure provider, and returns transaction history for income verification. This site itself never receives your banking credentials.
Text messages
If you provide a mobile number, you may receive texts about your inquiry. Reply STOP at any time to end them. Message and data rates may apply.
Your choices
Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing kspangenthal@westcapitallending.com. Records a lender or regulator requires us to keep are kept for the required period.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
